Nomora

Terms of service

Plain terms for using Nomora. By using the site you agree to them.

What Nomora is

Nomora is a comparison service. We collect tour packages that operators publish, put them on one scale, and link you to the operator to book. We are not a travel agent or a tour operator, we do not sell or hold any package, and we do not take payment. Your booking is a contract between you and the operator.

Prices and details are indicative

  • Prices are the starting prices an operator published on the date shown (“Checked yesterday”). They are not quotes, and they can change or sell out. Always confirm the price, dates and inclusions with the operator before you book.
  • Where an operator does not state something, we show it as “not stated”. That is not the same as “not included”.
  • The value indication is our own calculation from published details. It is a guide to compare packages, not a rating of quality or a recommendation.
  • Photos and ratings belong to the operators who publish them, and are shown with credit. A rating is theirs, not ours.

Using the site

  • Use Nomora for your own planning. Do not use it unlawfully, or try to disrupt it or get around its protections.
  • Do not copy the site at scale, or access it with automated tools, without our written permission.
  • If you write to us, what you tell us must be true and not someone else’s personal data.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the information accurate, but we cannot promise that it is complete, current or error-free, and the site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information on Nomora, from a booking made with an operator, or from the operator’s website or services. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
